Almost always the most expensive way to travel except when going to Okinawa. Ask for discounts and remember to book early. The busiest and most expensive times to travel are Golden Week (April 29th-May 5th), Obon (one week around August 15th) and Oshôgatsu – New Year (December 31st-January 3rd). So book especially early for these times.

Sendai Airport: Flights to numerous domestic locations and also Hawaii, Seoul, Hong Kong and Australia
Haneda Airport: Domestic flights and China Airlines to Taiwan
